Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Procedure:

Customers must submit a written cancellation request to SunGrid Solar via email or registered mail. The request must include the customer's name, contact information, project details, and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Period:

Customers may cancel their contract with SunGrid Solar within 4 days of signing the agreement without incurring any cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees:

If a cancellation occurs after the specified cancellation period, SunGrid Solar reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee will be determined based on the stage of the project and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date. This fee will be deducted from any deposits or payments made by the customer.

Refund of Deposits:

Any deposits or advance payments made by the customer will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation date, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Project Termination:

In the event of project termination initiated by SunGrid Solar due to unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure events or inability to complete the project, customers will be entitled to a full refund of all deposits and payments made.

Non-Transferability:

Customers are not allowed to transfer their contract or project to another party without prior written consent from SunGrid Solar. Any attempt to transfer the contract without authorization will be considered a breach of contract and may result in cancellation fees.

Policy Updates:

SunGrid Solar reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
